Eastern Michigan Bank | July 29, 2010
Eastern employees are strapping on their pedometers and counting their steps as they kick off this year’s Summer Wellness Program. Departments and branch offices will go "toe to toe" in a friendly little competition to see who can rack up the most clicks by summer’s end.
Human Resources Director Debbie McCulley presents a check for $500 to Lisa Disser, member of the Blue Water Hospice committee to raise funds for the hospice home scheduled to be built in Marysville beginning later this year. The money was raised through Eastern’s Casual Because We Care program, a charitable giving campaign sponsored by the bank which gives employees the chance to “dress down” in exchange for a donation to a local charity. All charities are selected by the employees and must operate for the benefit of our local communities and citizens.
