Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM)

An Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) can be a good fit for short term home ownership.

How Adjustable Rate Mortgages Work
Adjustable Rate Mortgages or ARMs are fixed for a specific period then adjust at regular intervals over the remainder of the loan term. For example, a 5.5/1 ARM is fixed at the initial rate for the first 5.5 years with the rate adjusting annually thereafter. Our rates adjust a maximum of two points per year with a cap of five points in total over the life of the loan.

  • Available as 5.5/1, 7/1 or 10/1 year ARMs with 30 year terms
  • Eligible properties include single family primary residences, owner occupied second
  • homes, modular and manufactured homes
